TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUDEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
